Overview

DNA kinship testing helps to determine the relationship between two potentially related individuals. A DNA sample is collected in the privacy of your own home using buccal swabs (mouth swabs) and sent to our laboratory for testing. The typical turnaround time for testing is 3 to 5 business days. When testing is complete, you will receive a full laboratory report certifying the results of your DNA kinship test.

DNA Maternity Testing

DNA maternity testing helps determine the true biological mother of a child. Test results are guaranteed to be over 99.9% accurate for maternity inclusions and 100% accurate for maternity exclusions (not the mother). Learn more » Select this test »

DNA Sibling Testing

The DNA sibling test is used in situations where the alleged parent(s) are not available for testing. The DNA sibling test provides the likelihood that alleged siblings are full siblings, half siblings, or not related at all. Whenever the parent(s) in question are available for testing, the DNA paternity or maternity test is recommended over the DNA sibling test. However, in situations where the alleged parents are missing or deceased, then the sibling test is the next best option for investigating the relationship between potential siblings. The full genetic report is included with every test. Learn more » Select this test »

DNA Grandparentage Testing

The DNA grandparentage test is used in situations where the alleged father is not available for testing. Either the grandmother, or the grandfather, or both can take the DNA grandparentage test to investigate the likelihood that they are the true biological grandparents of a grandchild. There is no age limit for DNA testing so the test can be performed on infants as well as adult grandchildren. The full genetic report is included with every test. Learn more » Select this test »

DNA Aunt/Uncle Testing

In the event that an alleged father or alleged mother is not available for testing, the missing parents’ siblings can be tested against the child using the DNA Aunt or Uncle test to determine the likelihood of biological relationship. Whenever the parent(s) in question are available for testing, the DNA paternity or maternity test is always recommended over the DNA Aunt/Uncle test. However, in situations where the alleged parents are missing or deceased, then the Aunt or Uncle can be tested to investigate the likelihood that they are the true biological Aunt or Uncle of a child in questions. The full genetic report is included with every test. Learn more » Select this test »

DNA Twin Testing

The DNA Twin Test will conclusively determine whether a set of twins are identical or fraternal. Identical twins are genetically identical and will share exactly the same DNA profile whereas fraternal twins only share approximately 50% of their DNA in common. The full genetic report is included with every test. Learn more » Select this test »
