In special circumstances, the laboratory will refund the balance above the non-refundable deposit amount. For Legal Cases The non-refundable deposit for private testing is $100.00. If the testing kit has not been used, a refund request can be made in writing within 30 days of the order date and the testing kit must be returned to the laboratory. The $100 deposit is non-refundable but an balance paid over the deposit amount can be refunded in such situations. Once the samples are received in the laboratory and testing has begun, the entire cost of the test is non-refundable. |
