Term and conditions

Once the order is placed and payment is made, the order is irreversible and a 100% refund cannot be issued. A $200 non-refundable deposit applies for all legal cases, and a $100 non-refundable deposit applies for all private cases. Once testing has begun, or once an appointment for specimen collection has been made, the entire cost of the test is non-refundable.

In special circumstances, the laboratory will refund the balance above the non-refundable deposit amount.

For Legal Cases
The non-refundable deposit for legal testing is $200.00. The laboratory can refund any balance above the initial $200.00 non-refundable deposit if the appointment for specimen collection has not been made. All refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the order date. Once the appointment has been made for chain-of-custody specimen collection has been made, no refunds can be issued.

For Private Cases
The non-refundable deposit for private testing is $100.00. If the testing kit has not been used, a refund request can be made in writing within 30 days of the order date and the testing kit must be returned to the laboratory. The $100 deposit is non-refundable but an balance paid over the deposit amount can be refunded in such situations. Once the samples are received in the laboratory and testing has begun, the entire cost of the test is non-refundable.
